My name is Trond Henrik Eplet. I am 35 years old, look like 25 and feel like 55 :)
I have been travelling a lot in my life. On a bicycle I have been crossing Western Africa, Sinai, Australia, Siberia, parts of the high Andes and Iceland, and I have done several trips in Europe. I have a degree in enviromental geology, and in the winter I used to teach at the uni. But I have less time for that, the last years I have spent most of my time in Solvorn, a little beautiful village in rural Norway.

Make a living out of a concept like Eplet was for a long time a dream for me, and I feel so lucky that It has become well-known and as I see it, a big success. I wish you welcome to my little paradise on earth - Eplet Bed & Apple.

I have great people that come - stay for the summer - and help me run the place. 

Much of the year I am out in the garden enjoing working hard with fruits and berries...
