In the village we are lucky to have a fantastic little café the makes modern food with locally grown and produced ingredients. It is a true gem, family run and reccomended in several guide books. They only serve dinner during main season, but if you come outside the tourist periode you will still be able to get homemade cakes and good coffee.

On sunny days you can sit outside and enjoy the summer together with us locals. There may be a lot of people, but it still does not feel touristic at all. On friday evenings there is pub in the café and that is a great place to talk to local people living here about life in Norway.
